Feeling overwhelmed despite doing “everything right”?
Trauma-informed therapy for adults & teens carrying burnout, anxiety, and disconnection, so you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Hi, I’m Trish.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who carry a lot, including responsibility, leadership, caregiving, or the pressure to hold everything together. On the outside, things may look fine. Inside, there’s often anxiety, burnout, disconnection, or a sense that something feels off.
I’m a Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor offering trauma-informed telehealth therapy across Oregon. My work supports adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, identity-related stress, and complex personal, family, and professional experiences.
Therapy with me is grounded, relational, and paced with care. We focus on understanding what you’re carrying, where it comes from, and how to move forward with more clarity, ease, and connection, without having to do it all alone.
Areas I Support
I have specialized experience supporting adolescents and adults with:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Burnout and overwhelm in high-responsibility roles
Life transitions and periods of change
Trauma and unresolved past experiences
Feeling disconnected, numb, or unlike yourself
Identity-related stress and questions of belonging
Relationship patterns and emotional boundaries
Parenting, caregiving, and family-related stress
Perinatal and postpartum emotional health
Support for teens navigating stress, anxiety, and identity
My Approach
Therapy with me is steady, collaborative, and attentive to both mind and body. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work to understand the patterns underneath them. This includes how stress, past experiences, relationships, and identity shape the nervous system and emotional responses over time.
Our work is paced intentionally. We slow things down enough to notice what is happening internally, build capacity for regulation and insight, and support change that feels integrated rather than forced. Many clients find this helps them move beyond managing symptoms and toward feeling more present, connected, and grounded in daily life.
I draw from evidence-based Western psychology alongside holistic frameworks, including indigenous ways of understanding healing, resilience, and connection. These perspectives inform the work when helpful, while keeping therapy practical, flexible, and grounded in your goals and values.
